• - Implement global HR strategies in Japan

• - Manage overseas HR operations and expatriate processes

• - Coordinate talent management and engagement strategies
• - Support department HR management and initiative implementation

• - 3+ years of labor management experience (mandatory)
• - Experience in HR system and training program development
• - Business-level English proficiency (mandatory)
• - Experience in global HR operations is preferred but not mandatory
• - Fluent Japanese language skills (mandatory)
• - Experience with talent management and engagement strategies
• - Familiarity with HR budgeting and workforce planning
