- Work with the HR manager to set overall HR direction.
- Participate in recruitment strategies, including social media campaigns.
- Facilitate company culture through team-building activities.
- Manage policy improvements and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding, accounting tasks, and general HR operations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years or more in HR or related department.
- Business-level English & Japanese language abilities.
- Knowledge of HR administrative work.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Money Forward applications.
- IT experience or knowledge of HR-related online platforms.
- Experience in recruitment marketing, including social media.
- Bookkeeping certificate Level 2, with 3 or more years of experience.
