Our client are a management consulting company looking for a HR Director. You will focus on on HR strategy and development for more than 800 employees across Japan.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies.
- Lead all HR teams.
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize HR functions.
- Advise on people management, development, and risk issues.
- Manage the organization of HR events and initiatives.
- Handle HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and talent management.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding, focusing on quality hires.
- Lead employer branding and talent communication efforts.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Behavior, or related.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, with focus on talent development and leadership.
- Experience in people management & project management.
- Experience in consulting industry (highly preferred)
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
