Our client are a management consulting company looking for a HR Director. You will focus on on HR strategy and development for more than 800 employees across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies.
• Lead all HR teams.
• Collaborate with different departments to optimize HR functions.
• Advise on people management, development, and risk issues.
• Manage the organization of HR events and initiatives.
• Handle HR programs, including compensation, benefits, and talent management.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding, focusing on quality hires.
• Lead employer branding and talent communication efforts.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Behavior, or related.
• At least 8 years of HR experience, with focus on talent development and leadership.
• Experience in people management & project management.
• Experience in consulting industry (highly preferred)
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
