Hotel Guest Lounge, Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- - Help prepare and oversee annual budget.
- - Develop strategies to increase the occupancy rates and and other KPIs.
- - Work with various hotel departments to provide operational support and maintain smooth operations.
- - Lead, train, and give feedback to club staff.
- - Oversee night audit operations
- - Create daily financial reports.
- - Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
Qualifications:
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
- - At least two years of relevant service industry experience (hotel, restaurant, bar, etc).
- - Supervisory / management experience.
- - Certified in Food & Beverage service and food handling (preferred).
