主な業務内容

- - 緊急時の主要な連絡窓口として、安全プロトコルの遵守を確保します。
- - Manage daily hotel operations to ensure all departments work well together.
- - Ensure guests have a pleasant stay by quickly addressing their questions and concerns.
- - Guide and develop the team to improve hotel performance.
- - Be the main point of contact during emergencies, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
理想的な候補者
- ホテルマネジメントの経験があり、積極的に問題解決に取り組み、お客様満足を重視するリーダーを求めています。日本語と英語の流暢さが強く望まれます。
- A proactive leader with hotel management experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on guest satisfaction. Fluency in Japanese and English is highly preferred.
