• Lead and develop a professional team.
• Develop business strategies aligned with industry trends.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and market growth.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams for revenue strategies and Public Relations initiatives.
• Analyze data for business improvements.
• Develop and adjust pricing strategies with the Revenue Management team.
• Communicate effectively with property owners.
• Engage with guests to maintain service standards.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Hotel General Manager or Hotel Manager in Japan.
• Familiarity with hotel pre-opening processes.
• Expertise in hotel operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage management, and financial management.
• Fluency in Japanese is advantageous.
