- Oversee daily restaurant operations for lunch and dinner services

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader
- Strong understanding of French dining culture and high-quality service standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations independently and lead teams confidently
- Japanese language ability preferred
- Experience with high-end restaurant operations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Ability to coordinate international staff
