Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead technology strategy.
• - Lead the IT department.
• - Budget management.
• - Integrate advanced technologies to improve business processes and client services.
• - Maintain strong cybersecurity measures
• - Ensure compliance with regulations.
• - Lead on technological innovation / digital transformation initiatives.
• - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

• - Over 10 years of experience in relevant IT / tech roles.
• - Experience in financial services and / or investment management.
• - Team management skills.
• - MUST be fluent in Japanese.
