This role involves managing a team of 20, working with teams in the Asia-Pacific region and global headquarters, and leading digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and improve efficiency.
- - Oversee IT operations to ensure they meet business needs, maintaining high quality and security standards.
- - Manage IT budgets and resources, finding ways to save costs through regular reviews.
- - Work with AP IT and HQ teams to apply global strategies and standards in Japan.
- - Build a strong IT team by promoting diversity and inclusion, and focusing on training and development.
- - Lead IT projects in Japan, ensuring they meet quality standards and integrate smoothly with regional and global IT systems.
- - Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- - More than 15 years of IT experience in an international environment, with significant management experience.
- - Proven ability to manage diverse teams and work with business leaders.
- - Experience in developing digital strategies that align with business goals.
- - Strong knowledge of IT service management, cybersecurity, and digital technologies in healthcare.
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of building strong partnerships.
