主要な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities

- マーケティング戦略の策定と実行を通じて、ビジネス目標の達成に貢献

- マーケティングチームのリードと指導

- マーケティング予算の管理とリソースの最適化

- KPIの監視とマーケティングパフォーマンスの報告

- 個人投資家向けマーケティング資料の作成監督

- デジタルマーケティング施策の管理、特にソーシャルメディアおよびSEOの活用

- 規制基準に沿ったマーケティングコミュニケーションの確保

- 部門横断的な統合マーケティングソリューションの実現

- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

- Lead and mentor the marketing team

- Oversee marketing budget and resource allocation

- Monitor KPIs and report on marketing performance

- Oversee creation of marketing materials for retail clients

- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media

- Ensure marketing communications align with regulatory standards

- Collaborate across departments for integrated marketing solutions

応募資格 / Qualifications

- マーケティング経験10年以上、うち5年以上のリーダーシップ経験

- 第一種証券外務員資格

- デジタルマーケティング、ブランディング、統合マーケティングコミュニケーションの豊富な知識

- 金融サービスまたはB2Bマーケティングの経験があれば尚可

- 学士号以上

- 優れた英語コミュニケーションスキル

- 10+ years marketing experience, 5+ years in leadership role

- Type I Securities Sales Representative License

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and integrated marketing communications

- Experience in financial services or B2B marketing is preferred but not mandatory

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Excellent English communication skills
