Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Head of Compensation & Benefits / C&B.

This position offers an opportunity to shape and refine C&B strategies in an industry-leading company.

Duties:

• Develop and oversee Compensation and Benefits initiatives.
• Align C&B policies within the organization.
• Adapt and apply global C&B strategies to the Japanese context.
• Monitor market trends in Compensation and Benefits.
• Establish salary policies, benefits programs, and specific compensation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective C&B program execution.
• Address and resolve operational challenges related to C&B.
• Manage annual salary reviews, bonus processes, and the Japan salary budget.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience with HR platforms.
