We are recruiting for a Head of Client Funding, Reporting & Referrals Experience for a top company in the financial services sector. This role focuses on improving how clients experience funding, reporting, and referrals. You will lead efforts to enhance client satisfaction through better funding processes and reporting systems. 主な業務内容：
- - クライアントファンディングプロセスをデジタル・非デジタル両形式で最適化
- - グローバルとローカルのチーム間の主要な連絡役を担当
- - データを活用し、顧客体験を最適化
- - ローカルミーティングを開催し、グローバル戦略に整合
- - 地域の規制を遵守し、効果的なプロジェクト管理を実施
応募資格：
- - 経営学、金融、マーケティング、または関連分野の学士号
- - 顧客体験やビジネスマネジメントでの5-8年の経験（金融サービス業界での経験が望ましい）
- - 分析とプロジェクト管理のスキル
- - 優れた英語コミュニケーション能力
- - 地域のコンプライアンスとAML（アンチマネーロンダリング）知識
- - 顧客体験の向上に積極的に取り組む姿勢
- - プロジェクト管理またはデータ分析の資格があれば尚可
- - 日本証券業協会（JSDA）の営業資格があると有利
