Job Overview:

Our client are a global luxury group, recruiting a Head Bartender for an Osaka property. You'll manage the entire bar team and lead operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of bar operations (eg. staff supervision, guest interaction, and inventory control).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Develop beverage menus; feature both classic and contemporary / original drinks.
• Train and develop the bar team; manage performance.
• Manage financial tasks (eg. budgeting, cost control).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury bars.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
• Management experience.
• MUST be Fluent / Native Japanese speaker.
