We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Manager

to lead our international hiring efforts. You will develop and improve our global hiring process, focusing on key areas like Japan, the U.S., Europe, and emerging markets in APAC and EMEA. Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment process across different regions, ensuring smooth hiring operations in various time zones.
- Work with senior management to create and implement effective hiring strategies for AI, development, and sales roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies using AI tools, professional referrals, networking events, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
