Specialized Group is recruiting for a leading consumer tech company in need of a Global Learning & Development Senior Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on global responsibility and management duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted leader & team manager.
- Work directly with executive leadership team.
- Design and oversee global training programs, including selective and leadership training.
- Work with the global HR team to standardize training initiatives across the company.
- Monitor and report on training-related metrics.
- Effective management and delivery of training programs.
- Collaboration with international HR teams and partners.
- Problem-solving for executive-level requests.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years in management or leadership.
- At least 5 years in talent development.
- Experience in creating training programs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capability in coaching and consultation.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese
