Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Drive the property management strategy and lead customer experience initiatives
- Establish and meet performance goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Report to the COO and board of directors, providing data-driven insights and updates
Qualifications
- Strategic vision coupled with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrable experience in finance, including budget management and P&L comprehension
- At least 3 years of senior management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Experience in managing multicultural teams
- Proficiency in the Japanese language or experience in managing non-native English speakers
