Key Responsibilities

- - Ensure compliance with legal and industry rules, including safety and labor laws.
- - Develop risk management strategies to protect assets and stakeholders.
- - Maintain open communication with landlords, investors, and corporate leaders about performance and strategies.

- オーナー、投資家、企業リーダーとパフォーマンスや戦略についてオープンなコミュニケーションを維持する。
Qualifications
- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- - Over 5 years of leadership experience in hotel management with oversight of multiple departments.
- - Proficient in Japanese (native) and English (business level).
- - Strong leadership and communication skills.
- - Solid financial skills and experience in budget management.
- - Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- ホスピタリティマネジメント、経営学、または関連分野での学士号または修士号。
- ホテル業界での5年以上のリーダーシップ経験があり、複数部門を監督した実績。
- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）と英語（ビジネスレベル）に堪能。
- 優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーションスキル。
- 強固な財務スキルと予算管理経験。
- 高いパフォーマンスチームを率い、ゲスト満足度を向上させた実績。
