職務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

フロントオフィス業務およびゲストサービスの管理

フロントオフィススタッフの管理とトレーニング

ホテルのクレジットポリシーの遵守を確保

部門の年間予算および財務計画の策定

ナイトオーディット業務および財務報告の監督

客室稼働率およびADRの向上戦略の策定

地域の緊急サービスとの関係構築

- Oversee front office operations and guest services

- Manage and train front office staff

- Ensure compliance with hotel credit policies

- Prepare department's annual budget and financial plans

- Oversee night audit operations and financial reporting

- Develop strategies to increase occupancy and ADR

- Build relationships with local emergency services

応募資格 / Qualifications:

ホテルフロントオフィス管理での5年以上の経験

ホテル管理ソフトウェア（例: Opera, Fidelio）の熟練

優れた顧客サービススキル

スタッフ管理およびトレーニングの経験

ホテルのクレジットポリシーと財務報告の知識

英語と日本語での効果的なコミュニケーション能力

緊急手順と地域の緊急サービスに関する知識

予算作成および財務計画の経験

- 5+ years of experience in hotel front office management

- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience in staff management and training

- Knowledge of hotel credit policies and financial reporting

- Ability to communicate effectively in English and local language

- Familiarity with emergency procedures and local emergency services

- Experience in budget preparation and financial planning
