Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service.

フロントオブハウスの業務を日々管理し、スムーズなサービスを提供する。

Lead and motivate front desk staff to provide excellent customer service.

フロントデスクスタッフを指導・育成し、優れたカスタマーサービスを提供する。

Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

ゲスト満足度の高い水準を維持する。

Work with other departments to improve guest experiences and solve problems quickly.

他部門と連携し、ゲスト体験の向上と迅速な問題解決を図る。

Oversee budgets and financial performance for front of house.

フロントオブハウスの予算および財務パフォーマンスを管理する。

Create and enforce policies to improve efficiency.

業務の効率化を図るためのポリシーを策定し、実施する。

Use feedback to continually improve service.

フィードバックを活用し、サービスの継続的な改善を行う。

Qualifications:

Experience in a hospitality management role, ideally in a high-end hotel.

ホスピタリティ業界でのマネジメント経験（特に高級ホテルでの経験者歓迎）。

Strong leadership skills for guiding and motivating teams.

チームを指導・育成するための優れたリーダーシップスキル。

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

複数の業務を同時にこなし、プレッシャーの中でも柔軟に対応できる能力。

Fluency in English and Japanese is a plus.

英語および日本語に堪能な方歓迎。
