Our client, a principle-based management company in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join their Consumer and Commercial Solutions division in Minato Mirai, Japan. 主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- 月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書の作成とプレゼンテーション
- シナリオプランニングのための財務モデルの開発と改善
- 財務データ分析からのリスクと機会の特定
- 正確な財務情報を得るためのクロスファンクショナルチームとの協力
- 報告におけるプロセス改善と自動化の推進
- 年次計画と予測を詳細な財務分析でサポート

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning
- Identify risks and opportunities from financial data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial information
- Champion process improvements and automation in reporting
- Support annual planning and forecasting with detailed financial analysis

応募資格 / Qualifications:

- 財務、会計、ビジネス、または経済学の学士号
- FP&Aまたは財務関連の職務で5年以上の経験
- Excelの高度なスキル、特に財務モデル作成の経験
- SAPやOracleなどのERPシステムの経験
- Power BIやTableauなどのBIツールの経験
- 英語とビジネスレベルの日本語に堪能
- グローバルな製造業または技術分野での経験があれば尚可

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Fluency in English and business-level Japanese
- Experience in global manufacturing or technology sectors is preferred but not mandatory
