A leading financial services company is looking for a dedicated Financial Regulatory Analyst for its Tokyo team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform client fund reconciliations and calculate capital needs.
- Prepare monthly regulatory reports and assist in audits.
- Assess the regulatory effects of new business projects.
- Develop and document regulatory control processes.
- Work on system improvements and create business requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, mathematics, or sciences.
- Over four years of finance or accounting experience.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Familiar with Japanese GAAP and financial regulatory reporting.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
- Experience with computerized systems; Oracle Financials knowledge is a plus.
