Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions.
• Provide strategic advice to clients.
• Provide insights on value assessment and contribute to stock purchase agreements.
• Identify and address issues in post-merger integration (PMI).
• Analyze financial statements and offer advisory services.
• Manage and interpret financial data.

Requirements:

• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in Financial Due Diligence (FDD) or Transaction Services.
• CPA or equivalent qualification / strong accounting background.
• Experience working in a global context / international project exposure (preferred).
• Background in a Big Four accounting firm or a reputable consulting firm (advantageous).
