Finance Manager (10-14m JPY, Based in Aichi, Conversational Japanese OK)

• - Manage accounting and budget preparations in line with head office goals.
• - Oversee account closures to meet international standards and handle monthly financial tasks with external partners.
• - Lead quarterly and annual financial closings, create business reports, and manage audits and tax reviews.
• - Work with local government agencies for financial reporting and respond to inquiries.
• - Conduct financial forecasting, manage cash flow, and handle banking transactions.
• - Organize and attend monthly review meetings, manage forecasts, and perform variance analyses.

• - Bookkeeping Level 2 or similar qualification; CPA-like credentials are a plus.
• - Over five years of accounting experience with expertise in financial statement disclosure and tax activities.
• - Knowledge of Japanese accounting and tax practices, and familiarity with international accounting standards.
• - Finance professionals with experience in management accounting.
• - Individuals knowledgeable in Japanese and international financial regulations.
• - Candidates with strong analytical skills and a strategic approach.
