Our client, a prestigious global luxury fashion house, is seeking a Finance and Operations Coordinator for their Japan location. 職務内容 / Key Responsibilities:
- - 日々の小売売上と予算の報告
- - 買掛金および売掛金のプロセス管理
- - 月次・年次決算の準備
- - 新店舗の開店や改装のサポート
- - 棚卸しと在庫調整の実施
- - 予算予測の分析およびコスト管理
- - 各部署間でのオペレーショナルフローの最適化
- - Report daily sales vs budget for retail
- - Control accounts payable and receivable processes
- - Prepare monthly and yearly financial closings
- - Support new store openings and refurbishments
- - Execute stock taking and inventory adjustments
- - Analyze budget forecasts and control costs
- - Optimize operational flow across departments
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- - 国際的な環境での3年以上のファイナンス経験
- - Excelの高度なスキル（特にピボットテーブル）
- - SAP、JDE、HFM、Esker、Rubis、Anaplan、Concurの経験（尚可）
- - ファイナンスまたは関連分野の学士号
- - ビジネスレベルの英語力
- - ラグジュアリーリテールファイナンスでの経験があれば尚可
- - 予算およびコスト分析のための優れた分析スキル
- - 3+ years in finance at international environment
- - Proficiency in Excel, especially Pivot Tables
- - Experience with SAP, JDE, HFM, Esker, Rubis, Anaplan, Concur (preferred)
- - Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- - Business-level English proficiency
- - Experience in luxury retail finance is preferred but not mandatory
- - Strong analytical skills for budget and cost analysis
