Finance & Business Support Manager

We are looking for a Finance & Business Support Manager to join the pre-opening team of a new hotel in Sapporo. This role is critical in maintaining the hotel's financial health and asset security. Reporting to the Cluster Finance & Business Support Director, you will handle financial tasks to boost profitability and improve the guest experience.


主な業務内容：

• - 強力なファイナンスチームを構築し、チームの強みを活かした業務の割り当てを行う。
• - 堅実な会計実務と法的な財務手続きを確立・維持する。
• - 分析、市場洞察、予算編成を通じて財務パフォーマンスを向上させる。
• - ゲストの支払いプロセスを改善し、財務上の問題に効果的に対応する。
• - 買掛金、購買、給与計算などの一般会計業務を管理する。

応募資格：

• - 会計または財務の学士号を取得していること。
• - ホテル会計または監査の分野で4年以上の経験があり、少なくとも1年は管理職を経験していること。
• - リース交渉、給与計算、資産管理、政府への報告書作成など、会計管理業務に精通していること。
• - 専門的な会計または財務の資格をお持ちの方が望ましい。
• - 日本語に堪能であることが必須、英語スキルがあれば尚可。
