We are helping a top luxury brand find an Employer Branding Recruiter to lead their new graduate hiring in Japan. This important role involves creating strategic hiring plans, guiding executive recruitment, and ensuring a great experience for candidates. You will build a strong talent pipeline and manage the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for new graduates and interns to meet company goals and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Analyze market and competitors to improve recruitment strategies and attract top candidates.
- Implement employer branding initiatives, engage with universities, and support diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and provide insights on the market and talent.
- Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, manage job pitches, applications, and interviews.
- Maintain high data quality, report on recruitment progress, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or project management.
