Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the executive team's calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings, and take meeting minutes as needed.
Data Management: Organize and maintain confidential information and documents, both in physical and digital formats.
Expense Reporting: Assist with expense tracking, reimbursement requests, and budget management for the executive team.
Project Support: Support executives in special projects, research, and data analysis as required.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
Coordination: Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
