Job Title: E-commerce Merchandiser

As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you'll shape the online store's fashion offerings to boost sales and enhance customer experience. You'll track trends, manage inventory, and collaborate with teams to ensure our website reflects our brand and meets our goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Product Selection:
- Choose and manage the products featured on our website.
- Use sales data to refine our offerings and meet customer demands.

2. Trend Analysis:
- Keep up with fashion trends and competitors to spot opportunities.
- Use customer data to guide our merchandising decisions.

3. Website Presentation:
- Work with our e-commerce team to organize and present products effectively.
- Experiment with different strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.

4. Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Plan promotions and markdowns to move inventory efficiently.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or similar.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or fashion retail.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and online retail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with data analysis tools.
