E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

• - Create and execute e-commerce marketing plans to connect with professional power-tool users.
• - Oversee brand activities on online retail platforms, focusing on advertising and content to increase brand awareness.
• - Keep up with industry trends and technologies to boost brand engagement.
• - Handle logistics for e-commerce campaigns, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management.
• - Work with the internal e-commerce sales team to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
• - Lead problem-solving during major sales events to keep everything running smoothly.
• - Manage and optimize marketing budgets with the finance team to get the best return on investment.
• - Track and report on e-commerce marketing activities, using insights to improve future campaigns.
• - Ensure all brand experiences match the company's identity and maintain consistent messaging across channels.
• - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create unified brand experiences.

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• - Over 5 years of brand marketing experience, mainly in the Japanese market.
• - At least 3 years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience, including managing Amazon media.
• - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
• - Proficient in Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
• - Experience in B2C marketing within multinational brands, especially in FMCG or luxury sectors, is preferred.
