Our client are seeking a Customer Success Manager. This role offers a highly competitive salary, and an office located in central Tokyo. Fluent Japanese communication ability is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships
• Expand clients' adoption of enterprise solutions
• Handle account customization based on client requirements
• Provide service delivery and technical support for product implementation
• Facilitate client contract renewals and upsell opportunities
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the contract lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in sales and/or customer success
• Interest / experience in the online advertising sector
• Interest / experience in data & analytics
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English

Other preferred skills:

• Experience with customer engagement automation tools (advantageous)
• Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM (advantageous)
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (advantageous)
• Proficiency in web/app technical languages such as HTML/CSS/Javascript (advantageous)
