Responsibilities

• Manage KPI and execute appropriate action to achieve them.
• Build good relationship with related department and outsourced team to develop operation.
• Lead project such as delivery and commercial related. Support members to work smoothly under manager direction.
• Manage team members and provide regular feedback to them

Qualifications

*Japanese English Bilingual

*Management experience at least3yrs

*BtoBCustomer Service experience (phone/email/chat)
