My client is an international IT consulting company and growing fast in Japan. They are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team to support their new project. In this role, you will oversees the client relationship team and ensures they nurture long-term relationships.

Job description

• Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
• Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

The Successful Applicant

• Sales/ Account Management/Post Sales Experience in B to B area
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
