Customer Account Executive (Growing SaaS company!)

You'll provide solutions tailored to major clients' (eg. enterprise companies and government agencies) needs, particularly in automating operations / data protection.

Responsibilities
- - Understand clients' business needs and challenges; offer suitable product solutions.
- - Strengthen long-term client relationships.
- - Propose new products and services to existing clients
- - Create cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- - Understand client product usage; offer tailored propositions and expand contracts.
- - Conduct satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback for service improvement.
- - Collaborate with Customer Success, Pre-sales, Product, and Support teams to address client issues.
- - Provide insights to the Product team.
- - Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to provide strategic insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- - 5+ years experience in the software/IT industry
- - Experience dealing with enterprise accounts.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
- - Commitment to understanding and deepening solution knowledge.
- - Experience in streamlining / improving business process.
