Our client are a major B2C company in the cosmetics and retail spaces. They are looking for a CRM Manager with B2C experience.

The ideal candidate will have first-hand experience in crafting various customer journeys, and in particular experience with LINE CRM will be highly advantageous.

You will have the opportunity to influence Japan marketing strategy, while working directly with global HQ. This is a chance to achieve major milestones, broaden your skillset, and develop your career.

• 顧客獲得と維持を目指したCRM戦略の企画・運用
• KPIに基づいてCRMキャンペーンを展開
• LINE CRMを中心とした複数のCRMプラットフォームで顧客コミュニケーションを
• 実施
• 他部門との連携によるマーケティング活動の推進
• グローバル本社との調整および報告を英語で行う

応募資格

• CRMにおける実務経験、特に小売または化粧品業界での経験がある方
• LINE CRMの操作に精通している方（強く推奨）
• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力（中級以上）
