Credit Manager (team management role!)

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a multi-functional team.
- Handle credit, collection, and cash application functions.
- Review / update credit policies / operational frameworks.
- Manage customer credit data & customer credit risk.
- Oversee credit availability; manage blocked sales orders.
- Execute collection activities.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Lead corrective actions for overdue accounts.
- Ensure accurate invoice booking and revenue recognition; perform monthly accounts receivable closing and reporting.
- Generate and book non-trade invoices.
Requirements
- Experience in Order to Cash/Customer Invoice processes.
- Proficiency in understanding and evaluating financial statements, conducting detailed financial analysis, and determining customer credit risk.
- Must be fluent in Japanese.
