Our client, a leading company in the sports industry with a focus on the golf market, is seeking a Country Manager for Japan. This role offers the opportunity to establish and execute strategic business plans while overseeing full P&L management and business performance. 業務内容 / Key Responsibilities:

- - 日本市場への参入と拡大の主導
- - 地元ゴルフ業界関係者とのパートナーシップ構築
- - Establish and execute business strategies for Japan
- - Oversee P&L management and business performance in Japan
- - Analyze market trends and identify management priorities
- - Report major issues and KPIs to HQ in Korea
- - Lead the Japanese market entry and expansion efforts
- - Develop partnerships with local golf industry stakeholders
応募資格 / Qualifications:
- - スポーツ業界での20年以上の経験（営業および事業運営を含む）
- - 日本のスポーツ市場、特にゴルフ市場に関する深い理解
- - ディレクター以上のリーダーシップ経験
- - 日本語の堪能さ（必須）
- - 英語のスキルがあれば尚可
- - 20+ years in sports industry, including sales and business operations
- - Deep understanding of Japanese sports/golf market
- - Leadership experience at Director level or above
- - Proficiency in Japanese (mandatory)
- - Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory
