A top global law firm is looking for a skilled Corporate M&A Associate to join their Tokyo team. This role offers the chance to work on major mergers and acquisitions in a supportive environment. 業務内容:

• - M&A取引の一連のプロセスを管理
• - 詳細なデューデリジェンスとリスク評価の実施
• - 複雑な契約書や合意書の作成および交渉
• - 法律事項や戦略に関する顧客へのアドバイス
• - 異なる専門分野のチームと連携し、円滑な取引を実現
• - M&A分野の法的動向や規制の変化を常に把握

応募資格:

• - コーポレートM&A分野での3年以上の経験
• - 日本のコーポレート法および国際的なM&A実務に関する深い知識
• - 優れた交渉力とコミュニケーション能力
• - 独立してまたはチームで働く能力
• - 日本語と英語の両方に堪能であることが望ましい
