Corporate FP&A (Global Consulting Firm)

Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop, manage, and analyze financial budgets and forecasts.
- - Create detailed financial reports and data models for business and financial analysis.
- - Update management reports regularly (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and respond to departmental inquiries.
- - Drive workflow optimization and efficiency initiatives.
- - Work with SAP and Oracle Hyperion accounting systems.
Required Qualifications:
- - At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or management accounting.
- - Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with complex spreadsheets.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- - Experience with databases, programming (VBA/SQL), Hyperion, SmartView, and PowerBI.
- - Background in PMO activities.
- - Experience in accounting firms, consulting firms, or publicly listed companies.
- - Focused on improving business processes and workflows.
