FP&A Analyst

• - Create and review daily, weekly, and monthly retail reports.
• - Maintain sales dashboards to provide important information to teams.
• - Ensure data accuracy across retail locations and recover data when necessary.
• - Organize meetings and generate reports for stakeholders.
• - Manage digital projects in line with company goals.
• - Oversee retail systems to ensure smooth operations.
• - Work with the wholesale sales team on data management, including pricing and inventory updates.
• - Submit monthly reports to the finance department.
• - Develop manuals and operational procedures as needed.
• - Collaborate with logistics, commercial, planning, and marketing teams in Japan.
• - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to improve operations.

• - More than 5 years of experience in data analysis, forecasting, or demand planning.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• - Experience with SAP and tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• - Strong data management skills, able to simplify and present data effectively.
• - Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• - Proactive, self-driven, and quick to learn with strong problem-solving skills.
