Consultant to CFO (Manager roles available)

Our client are a business consulting firm, searching candidates to act as consultants directly to CFO clients. You will drive financial competitiveness in Japanese companies by implementing advanced finance practices. The suitable candidate will have experience in Finance / Accounting and be an excellent communicator.

Managerial roles are available for more senior candidates. We encourage a wide range of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver consulting services directly to CFOs.
• Address and resolve management issues in large corporations.
• Engage in F&A consulting, covering Finance Strategy, Agile Finance, Treasury Management, Finance DX, and Finance Talent Management.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in finance and accounting consulting.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects.
• 3 years of experience for consultant roles
• 6 years of relevant experience for senior / manager positions.
• Experience in SSC/BPO/FP&A projects
• Knowledge of accounting standards (Japanese GAAP, USGAAP, IFRS).
• CPA or USCPA certification (preferred).
