• - Prepare structured financial reports for executive discussions
• - Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for trend insights
• - Review monthly spending against budget with cost center owners
• - Coordinate planning and budgeting processes with stakeholders
• - Ensure timely and accurate budget and forecast uploads
• - Identify and recommend process and system improvements
• - Ensure compliance with audit requests and financial regulations
• - Prepare and present financial materials for executive reviews
• - Collaborate with international teams for financial alignment
• - Monitor inventory levels and sell-through performance

• - Experience as CFO in retail industry (mandatory)
• - Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
• - Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
• - Ability to collaborate with international teams
• - Fluency in English and Japanese (is preferred but not mandatory)
• - Familiarity with ERP systems (is preferred but not mandatory)
• - Experience in financial compliance and audit processes
