Head of IT (Confidential role)

An international healthcare company is looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead their operations in Japan. This role involves managing a team of 20, working with teams in the Asia-Pacific region and global headquarters, and leading digital transformation projects. It's a chance to guide a skilled IT team and help drive innovation and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies to support business growth and improve efficiency.
- Oversee IT operations to ensure they meet business needs, maintaining high quality and security standards.
- Manage IT budgets and resources, finding ways to save costs through regular reviews.
- Work with AP IT and HQ teams to apply global strategies and standards in Japan.
- Build a strong IT team by promoting diversity and inclusion, and focusing on training and development.
- Lead IT projects in Japan, ensuring they meet quality standards and integrate smoothly with regional and global IT systems.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Qualifications:

- More than 15 years of IT experience in an international environment, with significant management experience.
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and work with business leaders.
- Experience in developing digital strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management, cybersecurity, and digital technologies in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of building strong partnerships.

資格：

- 国際的な環境での15年以上のIT経験と、重要な管理経験。
- 多様なチームを管理し、ビジネスリーダーと協力する能力の実証済み。
- ビジネス目標と一致するデジタル戦略の開発経験。
- ヘルスケアにおけるITサービス管理、サイバーセキュリティ、およびデジタル技術に関する強力な知識。
- 優れたコミュニケーションとステークホルダーマネジメントスキル、強力なパートナーシップを築いてきた歴史。
