Our client are a high-end hotel, located in Karuizawa. They're seeking a Commis Chef for a premium hotel restaurant.

This position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills preparing high-end food at a leading company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking.
• Help with daily kitchen tasks, including ingredient preparation and keeping the kitchen clean.
• Learn and apply restaurant culinary techniques and standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen
• Hotel restaurant experience (preferred).
• Conversational-level Japanese ability.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
