Our client are a global leader in medical tech, recruiting a Commercial Finance Leader. You'll manage finance activities, with a focus on financial planning, forecasting, guiding capital allocation and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Lead annual business planning with the Commercial Finance Manager.
• - Lead commercial planning projects.
• - Collaborate with global HQ.
• - Work with Japan FP&A team to develop forecasts.
• - Deliver financial information on pricing, margin, and cost productivity for decision-making.
• - Address risks and opportunities to meet commercial targets.
• - Manage commercial spending and investment benefits, including marketing costs.
• - Support deal structuring; ensure proper pricing and margin protection.

Required Qualifications:

• - 8+ years of relevant financial work experience.
• - Knowledge of Accounting Principles, Controllership, SOX, and GAAP.
• - Proficient in financial systems/applications (Oracle, SAP, BI tools) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, Power Query).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
