This role plays a key part in aligning sales operations and performance management with strategic business goals, covering target setting, incentive design, customer segmentation, and field activity governance. Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance sales operations frameworks including: • Sales target setting – ambitious yet realistic goals aligned with corporate priorities. • Incentive scheme design and analysis – transparent and performance-driven. • CRM and activity objective management – to foster impactful field execution.
Lead the organization’s performance management framework, ensuring governance and data transparency across stakeholders.
Drive customer segmentation and targeting initiatives to strengthen commercial effectiveness and insight-based decision making.
Integrate secondary market data to generate performance KPIs and comprehensive sales force insights.
Facilitate resource optimization processes – sales force sizing, territory design, and channel investment efficiency.
Support cross-functional projects aimed at boosting productivity and commercial excellence capability within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
Proven experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or performance analytics (preferably within pharma or healthcare).
Expertise in data analysis, CRM systems, and incentive design.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive process improvement initiatives.
