Cluster Sales Manager - Hospitality Sector
Our client are a global leader in Hotels / Hospitality, seeking a cluster sales manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in strategic sales planning & execution at a world-class brand.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit and manage sales opportunities efficiently to ensure successful business turnover.
- Work with external sales channels to coordinate efforts and maximize sales impact.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to secure future bookings through direct sales efforts, including calls and participation in industry events.
- Engage with community and industry stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Handle the sales process from proposal to contract completion and maintain customer communication.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, encouraging customer loyalty and feedback.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a similar field, with 3 years' experience in a sales or marketing role; or
- A 4-year bachelor's degree in the above fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to use this information to drive sales.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
