CFO (Pre-IPO)
Our client, a start-up in the robotics and precision measurement industry, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a key role to guide their financial strategies during a pre-IPO phase.

Key Responsibilities
- - Manage all aspects of the finance department, including planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- - Develop and execute fundraising strategies, focusing on equity financing.
- - Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international investors.
- - Create financial strategies to support the establishment of a U.S. office.
- - Lead financial preparations for an IPO, including interactions with institutional investors.
- - Plan and manage stock option programs.
Qualifications
- - Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial role
- - IPO / Pre-IPO exposure.
- - Strong understanding of financial strategies and investor relations.
- - Must be fluent in Japanese
- - Experience in the robotics or high-tech start-up sector (preferred).
