Key Responsibilities

- Manage cash transactions in Japan, ensuring accuracy and control.
- Handle payments and work with agent banks.
- Prepare and submit cash and liquidity reports for regulatory purposes.
- Keep track of cash positions throughout the day with agent banks.
- Identify and address operational risks, with clear protocols for escalation.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support liquidity and change initiatives.
- Work with business and operations teams on transaction analysis and technology projects.

- 日本での現金取引を管理し、正確性と管理を確保します。
- 支払いを処理し、代理銀行と連携します。
- 規制目的のために現金および流動性レポートを作成し、提出します。
- 代理銀行と一緒に1日中の現金のポジションを追跡します。
- オペレーショナルリスクを特定し、エスカレーションのための明確なプロトコルを備えています。
- 流動性と変更イニシアチブをサポートするために、ステークホルダーとの関係を構築し、維持します。

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.
- Experience in risk management and operations.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Self-driven, capable of working independently and in teams.
- Knowledge of local payment and settlement processes.
