Key Responsibilities:
- Create and apply compensation and benefits policies in line with global standards.
- Work with stakeholders to collect and analyze pay data.
- Oversee the annual pay review process, including salary and bonuses.

- Work with vendors to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in compensation systems and industry best practices.
- Over 7 years in compensation, benefits, or salary management roles.
- Strong skills in project management and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and professional-level English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, focusing on compensation and benefits.
