選ばれた候補者は、イノベーション部門の一員として、戦略的ビジネス管理の計画と実行、新規フィンテックビジネス開発、オープンネットワークラボの促進、またはグループの方針設計に携わります。
既存のビジネスとパートナーを拡大するとともに、リソースを活用して新しい収益源を創出します。

応募資格
必須条件:
- ビジネス企画、プロダクトマネジメント、または戦略立案の経験
- フィンテックまたは金融分野の知識
- 新規事業開発に対する興味
優遇条件:
- 企業へのコンサルティング経験
- 技術主導の事業でのリーダーシップ経験
- 英語能力
